For Paneer Mixture:
- 100 gms Paneer
- 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder(Optional)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger paste/ grated
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1 small green chilli finely chopped(seeds removed)
- Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Salt for taste
For Rolling:
- 5 Bread slices
- Melted butter
- 1 tbsp Milk to sprinkle on bread for rolling
For Stir fry
- 1 tbsp Melted Butter / Ghee /Oil
Method:
- Take the bread slices and trim the edges.
- Sprinkle 2 or 3 drops of milk on the bread and roll it to thin slices using the rolling pin.Keep it aside.
- In a bowl, grate paneer.
- Add all the ingredients given under " For Stuffing" except milk and mix well.
- Now Add milk and make smooth dough that can be easily spreaded on the bread slices.
- Check salt and add if required.
- Now apply the paneer stuffing evenly on the bread slices and roll it.
- Seal the edges with milk or water.Roll the stuffed bread slowly on the flat surface so that it gets sealed tightly.
- Repeat the same for the remaining slices.
- Heat the pan, add little butter /ghee/Oil ,place the bread rolls and within few seconds roll them to the other side otherwise it gets stuck in the pan.
- Keep rolling them until all the sides turn golden brown.
- Remove from flame.
Delicious Bread Paneer rolls are ready to eat.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup, or any dips of your choice.
