Ingredients:
- All purpose flour/ maida -1/2 cup
- Corn flour -2 tbsp
- Cabbage, grated -1/2 cup
- Carrot, grated -1/4 cup
- Soya chunks - 5 - 6 bigger size,soaked and crushed in mixer jar
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce -1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water -As needed
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp chopped
- Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Soak the soya chunks for 15 mins,squeeze the water and crush it in a mixer jar.
- Grate carrot and cabbage in a vegetable grater.
- Take all the ingredients in a bowl sprinkle water little by little and mix it.
- The consistency should be as shown below. Make even sized balls out of it.
- Heat enough oil and deep fry in hot oil. Cook in medium flame to ensure even cooking. Deep fry until dark golden colour.
- Drain in paper towel, keep aside.
- Now the vegetable manchurian balls are ready.
- Serve hot with your favourite Ketchup....
