Ingredients:( 200 ml cup)
- 2 cups Idli Batter
- 1/4 cup-All Purpose Flour
- 3 Green Chillies,finely chopped
- 1 tsp grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Pepper,whole
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves,finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil For frying
Method:
- Heat Oil in a kadai.
- In a bowl,mix all the other ingredients together.
- The batter should be slightly thicker than idly batter and it should fall freely.
- When oil is hot, take a small round headed ladle and drop the batter in the oil or take a small amount of batter in your hands and drop it carefully in the oil.
- Drop it one by one and fry them on medium flame.
- Remove them from the oil when the bondas become golden brown.
- Keep them in a tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
Serve hot with Chutney or sambar...
