PANEER TIKKA IN OVEN |
Ingredients:
- Paneer - 200gms cubed medium sized(Homemade /Readymade)
- Capsicum - 2 no. , cubed
- Tomato - 1 no.,cubed and seeds removed
- Onion - 1no., cubed
For Marination:
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chat Masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Tandoori powder / Garam masala powder
- Salt - As per taste
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain
- Lemon Juice - from 1/2 lemon
- 3tsp Hung curd / Thick Yogurt/Sour cream
- 1tbsp Vegetable Oil/ Olive oil
- Skewers -few ,Soaked in water for 1 hour to avoid burning
Method:
- Whisk all the ingredients under Marination into a smooth paste.
- Marinate the paneer,onion,tomato and Capsicum.Mix it with hand and make sure all the pieces are coated nicely
- Refrigerate it for more than 3 hrs or overnight.
- Now Arrange the veggies and paneer in skewers alternatively.
5. Preheat the Oven to 180 C and grill for 10 - 15 mins at 220 C.
6. After done brush it with oil or butter.
7. Serve hot with green chutney.
PANEER TIKKA IN GAS STOVE |
Gas Stove Method:
- Preparing Paneer Tikka in gas stove is easy.
- In a tawa Add 1tbsp of oil and fry the paneer and keep aside.
- Add another tsp of oil and fry the veggies,once done add the paneer.
- Cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
- Serve hot with yummy Mint chutney
