- Noodles - 2 cups cooked
- Paneer(Homemade) - 1 cup cubed
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp grated
- Garlic - 1 tsp grated
- Capsicum - 2,cubed medium sized
- Cauliflower -1/2 cup boiled
- Onion - 1 cubed medium sized
- Tomato - 1 cubed and deseeded (optional)
- Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper - 1 tsp crushed
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry paneer till it turn slightly golden color.Keep Aside
- Add the remaining oil in the pan and fry ginger, garlic and Onion for a minute.
- Add in Capsicum,Cauliflower and tomato . Saute for 2 mins on high heat.
- Add Salt and toss well.
- Add paneer and fry for 2 mins and mix in soy sauce, ketchup and vinegar.
- Finally add the cooked noodles and crushed pepper. Toss it
Serve hot with your favorite sauce....
