Paneer Noodles

Ingredients:

  • Noodles - 2 cups cooked
  • Paneer(Homemade) - 1 cup cubed 
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 tsp grated
  • Garlic - 1 tsp grated
  • Capsicum - 2,cubed medium sized
  • Cauliflower -1/2 cup boiled
  • Onion - 1 cubed medium sized
  • Tomato - 1 cubed and deseeded (optional)
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper - 1 tsp crushed
      

Method:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry paneer till it turn slightly golden color.Keep Aside
  2.  Add the remaining oil in the pan and fry ginger, garlic and Onion for a minute.
  3. Add in Capsicum,Cauliflower and tomato . Saute for 2 mins on high heat.
  4. Add Salt and toss well.
  5. Add paneer and fry for 2 mins and mix in soy sauce, ketchup and vinegar.  
  6. Finally add the cooked noodles and crushed pepper. Toss it
       Serve hot with your favorite sauce....
